Alan is a Distinguished Professor of Information Systems and holds the John T. Chambers Chair of Internet Systems in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he leads the Responsible AI research group. During her 25-year career, she was responsible for business and proposal development, managing staff, and training and development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana University (Southeast) and a master's degree in public relations from Ball State University.

Sascha holds a PhD in Information Systems, where he studied how digital technologies and intelligent systems influence work and user behavior. This background shapes his practical, solution-oriented approach to technology. He is a full-stack developer focused on building end-to-end applications, from AI integration and backend logic to cloud infrastructure and scalable server environments, delivering reliable, production-ready systems.
